This is currently my most popular "with sympathy" card.  With a heavy white wove envelope (120gsm). Standard size is just perfect to drop a supportive note to someone you care about. Presentation size might be suitable for significant anniversaries - or maybe to send a message from a group of friends.

A message of sympathy & confidence for the recently bereaved.

143: My work is done.  From the Dream of Gerontius

A message of sympathy & confidence for the recently bereaved.

144: I went to sleep.  From the Dream of Gerontius

Reassurance & encouragement scribed from psalm 3  -  for anyone who is weighed down by the cares of life. Hand finished on heavy weight laid textured card (300gsm) with a luxury wove envelope (120gsm).  Standard size is perfect just to let them know you are thinking of them.  Presentation size - a beautiful card for display.

218: As for me.  Psalm 3

I scribed this card in celebration of the requiem of my Aunt - a Poor Clare Nun.  This reading is used every week by anyone who prays the Divine office.  It is the regular scripture for Compline after Evening Prayer II for Sunday. I like to print this design on ribbed 330gsm white card which lends it an extra, almost shimmering, dimension.  With 135gsm luxury white envelopes.

407: They will see God.  Revelations 22:4

This was originally scribed to adorn the walls of the hermitage of a fellow solitary. In return I was sent an enormous monastic rosary, which is perfect for sleepless night vigils  -  it doesn’t get lost amongst the bed covers!  This design also makes an excellent greeting card for those who are suffering from poor health, or even a condolence card for the recently bereaved.  It is left blank so that you can adapt it to your own purposes.  Printed and hand finished on heavy textured card with a 120gsm laid envelope.  Lovely.

250: We are citizens of heaven.  Philippians  3:20

Originally designed for an ordinand to the diaconate, this verse from the New Testament has also proved very popular both as a birthday card and as a "with sympathy" card - Send it to any guy who might deserve the accolade!  Hand finished on heavy weight textured white card (300gsm) with a luxury wove white envelope (120gsm).  Standard size has proved especially suitable for a gentle line of sympathy.  Presentation size - for presentation at an ordination, significant birthday, retirement - or for any other significant occasion.

254: Look ye, a man of good repute. (blue)   Acts VI iii
